Remobi was brought into design, build and deploy the solution - delivering a dedicated nearshore team with the expertise to meet complex industrial requirements at scale The Challenge: Remobi were tasked with building a Realtime Video Analysis system for a global software company, designed to support a major Gigafactory project by enhancing onsite monitoring, improving operational visibility and enabling faster, data-driven decision-making at scale. #### The Solution: To deliver the industrial real-time video analysis system, Remobi assembled a dedicated team including a Lead Solution Architect, Technical Product Owner, DevOps Engineer, Data Engineer and Frontend Developer.  Together, we defined the full system architecture, partnered with customer stakeholders to refine use cases, implemented a functional proof of concept and developed detailed documentation, Jira epics and tasks.  The team also led deployment planning, end-to-end testing, and explored advanced machine learning techniques - such as image processing, CNNs, visual transformers, LLMs and OpenCV - to future-proof the solution. #### The Outcome: Remobi successfully delivered a high-performance real-time video streaming system now running in production as part of the client’s Gigafactory initiative.  Built over a 9-month period, the solution leverages a modern, scalable tech stack including Java, Golang, Kafka, AWS, Quarkus, PostgreSQL, Prometheus, GStreamer, Docker and Grafana.  Five Remobi experts were deployed, with an impressive average onboarding time of just 14 days.
