Remobi were tasked with building a Realtime Video Analysis system for a global software company, designed to support a major Gigafactory project by enhancing onsite monitoring, improving operational visibility and enabling faster, data-driven decision-making at scale.
To deliver the industrial real-time video analysis system, Remobi assembled a dedicated team including a Lead Solution Architect, Technical Product Owner, DevOps Engineer, Data Engineer and Frontend Developer.
Together, we defined the full system architecture, partnered with customer stakeholders to refine use cases, implemented a functional proof of concept and developed detailed documentation, Jira epics and tasks.
The team also led deployment planning, end-to-end testing, and explored advanced machine learning techniques - such as image processing, CNNs, visual transformers, LLMs and OpenCV - to future-proof the solution.
Remobi successfully delivered a high-performance real-time video streaming system now running in production as part of the client’s Gigafactory initiative.
Built over a 9-month period, the solution leverages a modern, scalable tech stack including Java, Golang, Kafka, AWS, Quarkus, PostgreSQL, Prometheus, GStreamer, Docker and Grafana.
Five Remobi experts were deployed, with an impressive average onboarding time of just 14 days. The system enabled seamless video data processing and monitoring, enhancing operational oversight and laying a robust foundation for future machine learning integration.
